  • 1. Salary Management
    - Handle monthly salary for regular and contract employees
    - Report the payroll of regional role employees
    - Reflection any deduction and bonus to salary
    - Banking transaction and send a pay-slip to all employees
    - Year-end income tax adjustment

    2. Withholding Tax
    - Managing all withholding income and resident tax
    - Responsible for reporting and paying corporate tax, employee income tax and resident tax and withholding education expenses

    3. 4 Social insurances
    - Report 4 social insurances for new joiners and resigned employees
    - Managing insurances for employees on Maternity and Childcare leave
    - Withhold 4 social insurances tax
    - Report the unemployment insurance for part-timer directly
    - Applying informed adjusted insurance to retirement payment
    - Payment 4 social insurance

    4. Analysis Labor cost and manage employee data
    - Analyze each employees’ labor cost every month
    - Managing all employee data (personal data, job experiences, Salary, promotion etc.)
    - Allocating Incentive and Severance benefit according to each department and employees
    - Reporting employee head count to Ministry of Labor

    5. Market Survey
    - Participate in compensation and benefit survey every year
    - Review and analysis total compensation and benefit with employee’s level
    Report to regional office in Hong Kong and communicate about market survey data with consultant in alignment with competitive market data


    6. On-Boarding & Off-Boarding
    - Setting up employee’s ID, E-mail and updating employee’s profile on own system
    - Preparing Employment contract and explain total compensation
    - Training company benefit and New employee orientation
    - Managing social insurances for new joiners and resigned employees (payment, registration and termination)
    - Informing resignation process and payment paid leave allowance and settle an allowance

    7. Other HR tasks
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • • Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR
    • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and related government policies
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with stakeholders with different
    • Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Knowledge in SAP & DUZON is a plus
