1) Customer Service - Defective/Spare Part Process Management
* Manage the process for defectives reports with Customer Service in Italy in order to
satisfy the customer as fast as possible by week
* Spare part order by week
* Defective Destruction in coordination with Logistics by Quarter
2) Store Uniform Management
* Within the uniform guideline from Corporate Retail, Propose budget and manages the
process from placing orders and allocation to the staffs.
* Monitor the stock level and re-order if necessary.
경력 및 자격요건
- Retail 회사cs경력 3~6년(대리)
- 영어 가능자 우대
- 커뮤니케이션 우수자
