- Oversees 3 teams : Talent Mgmt & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture
- Manage People Cycle : Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies

- Manage recruitment and selection process
- develop employer branding strategy and implementation
- Develop and implement D&I strategies and actions
- Support future and current business needs through the development, engagement
and motivation
- Nurture a positive working environment by planning and executing engagement
action plan
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management(CEO & People VP) and provide decision support through HR
metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Bachelor’s degree required
