Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging innovation (or improvement) research in Korea (make-up and skincare primary packaging) using several means such as: meeting / visiting packaging suppliers or contract manufacturers, attending fairs, studying competitors’ products, bridging with other industries, etc …
• Be well-versed in consumer insights and market trends related to Primary Packaging.
• Make conceptual presentation to both packaging technical teams or marketing by preparing drawings, sketches, 3D’s, mock-ups and prototypes
• Support the packaging development team in Singapore with Korean packaging suppliers audits, packaging development (with both packaging suppliers and contract manufacturers

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Packaging engineering or Material Science
• 3+ years experience in packaging development
• Experience of packaging innovation is a plus
• Ability to travel for presentations
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
