1. General Accounting management and control
- Supervises overall closing process monthly
- Review of bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Supervise in posting, balancing, and reconciliation of the general ledger
- Main contact for statutory audit (interim, year-end audit)
- BS detail reconciliation: Maintaining the healthy aging level
- Supervising of inventory closing

2. Tax Accounting management
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate declaration and payment of company taxes
- Tax return filing and tax authorities’ inspection handling
- Main contact for corporate income tax filing
- Supervise & review quarterly VAT tax returns

3. Internal Control implementation and report
- Set up of internal control procedure and policy update
- Implementation of internal control process in daily work
- Report the internal control result and suggest the improvement plan

4. Supervising cash management
- Cash flow analysis

5. Development and maintenance of ERP system
- AX report update and standardization of reporting format
- Set up of new account etc.
- Training AX operations and accounting policy to newcomers
- Update AX manual for each procedure in Finance
- Follow up any issue required from AX

• University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration
• Strong experience and competency in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit (minimum 12 years)
• Retail experienced is must.
• Internal Control experienced preferred.
• ERP system (AX or SAP) experienced preferred.
• Well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytic sense and skillful PC operation
• Precise and accurate
• Good command of spoken and written English
