CRM
- Develop CRM strategy and annual plan to support business needs with clear goal and measurements
- Responsible for implementation of clienteling tools and programs and conduct regular training with store staffs
- Responsible for CRM programs and technical tools
- Plan, develop and execute in-store animation plan and promotion for client recruitment and engagement
- Manage annual gifting program in line with brand image and HQ guideline
- Work closely with HQ CRM team to develop an action plan and to report the result
- Execute CRM annual budget and ensure consistency and tracking; Monitor and track qualitative and quantitative results
- Monitor performance for CRM animation and key CRM KPIs and ensure if all action plan in line with target
- Ensure client recruitment data quality and execute regular data cleaning
Digital Marketing
- Manage brand website material in Korean, SNS contents & brand account (Kakao, Instagram, etc.)
- Communication with HQ digital team to work closely
- Social media platform performance, digital marketing strategy, planning and implementation
- Interface and control the supporting agencies and partners
- Responsible for all aspects of keyword management and check day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines

Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
At least 4 - 8 years of experience in the related industries
Language
Fluent in English
Others
- Proactive, positive, passionate, and flexible attitude
- Prior experience with Retail/Luxury preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Fluent in local language and in English
