1.Payroll
- Payroll & salary administration: management of salary pay out and tax reporting
process/monthly closing/severance payment & related insurance/ year end tax
adjustment.
- Personnel data administration: Update/maintenance of staff information records and
personnel documents such as job descriptions, employment letters, personnel
changes and so on.
- Daily operation: Timely response to staff inquiries building up effective
communication with employees
2. Attendance & Annual leave management
- Attendance record management
- Confirmation and approval of attendance
3. C&B
- Employee benefit management
4. HR administration
- Documents (promotion letter, contract, resignation letter, etc ) managing/filing
- Assist Payroll manager with updating policies in accordance with Labor Standards Act
- Operating Labor Management Council
- Working hours management
- Respond to request of government
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor degree
- Ideally 3 ~ 5 years of payroll experiences
- Independent, mature, and able to cope with dynamic environment
- Deep knowledge of Human Resources and management concepts
- Fluent English skill preferred
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Competent computer skills required
