• Manage the 3PL, drive for DC process excellence, improve operation processes as per business needs, support global Supply Chain and Hong Kong affiliate projects, etc.
• Monitor overall daily performance of the 3PL in Distribution Center (DC) and Logistics of the Korea Affiliate to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Work with the 3PL and other Supply Chain functions to drive for continuous service improvement to brands.
• Ensure that the 3PL complies with the requirements under SAP-WMS standard operating procedures at all times. Support operation audits (e.g. SOX, EHS, security) and ensure that the 3PL can meet all audit requirements.
• Play a key role to communicate between ELC (i.e. Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Brands, etc.) and the 3PL. Ensure that the 3PL understand the highly volatile retail market and is agile enough to response to the changes.
• Support Supply Chain Director to prepare monthly OPEX latest estimation (LE).
• Closely monitor and strictly control the expense of the 3PL as per LE.
• Ensure all warehouse and distribution operations of the 3PL meet government legal required standard.
• Lead weekly/monthly service review with 3PL to ensure to provide service excellence to customer with optimal cost
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual capacity planning to ensure right capacity based on event/demand plan. Lead investment discission if necessary
• Lead periodic safety/quality audit on 3PL by working closely with global EHS/quality organization
• Lead to keep accurate inventory to support customer service in daily basis. Lead cycle count in weekly and 100% stock taking in annual
• Lead to improve 3PL cost efficiency while providing best service to customer
• Analyze 3PL cost to keep best financial excellence at all times
• Plan risk mitigation in advance to provide best service excellence to customers
경력 및 자격요건
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Warehouse control/management or Logistics
• At least 8 years in management position of distribution center.
• Minimum 4 years of 3PL management experience.
• Well-versed with SAP-WM system operations, cartonization, and pick-to-scan/pick-to-voice set-up
• Systematic decision-making with good analytical skill
• Strong planning skill with strategic mind
• Excellent interpersonal skills and people management skill
• Self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English
