- Ensure the execution of the annual budget and LE processes by communicating and implementing the corporate guidelines. Coordinate with different internal stakeholders to ensure execution
- Define and manage procurement planning timelines and communications with all stakeholders
- Propose and implement framework for analysis of results and development of action plans to close gap to ensure targets are met
- Liaise with function managers and finance teams throughout planning process to ensure all planning requirements met
- Identify internal and external benchmarks for input to the development of KPI’s, contributing to establishing new opportunity gaps
- Closely work with Procurement & Export director to plan, prepare and manage strategic 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan work, regular Performance Review meetings with Mancom
- Lead and track the delivery of the procurement team on strategic workstreams established during 3YP and 1YP
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration/Finance/Statistics
- Comprehensive knowledge of budget management, KPI setting and strategic long-term planning
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Stakeholder management and effective communication
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Professional documentation skills (Excel & Power point)
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance and Planning or Procurement and Supply
