As Region ES manager,
Implement ZBS(Zone Brewery Support) Safety & Env. management strategy, by leading regional plants to achieve challenged Safety & Env. KPIs, and continuously improve Safety culture and, employees' health & environmental protection.
Supporting to ensure reliability of ESH in the Plants. Especially, Safety & Env. strategy for protection of employees' health needs to be established and Safety and Env. management is complete through Zone/Global policy.
Lead Safety & Environment's reliability improvement through understanding of the plant operation and deep analysis of hazards, incidents and injuries data, assist with world safety class management knowledge in all process.
▪ Drive up ES's reliability and overall ES improvement in OBC plants for ""Zero"" injury.
▪ Check plants' ES performance & execution condition.
▪ Analyze hazard and incident data for strategy.
▪ Review relevant legislation of Safety & Environment.
▪ Audit Safety & Env. pillars of VPO for World Class certification.
▪ Implement flying audit and safety monitoring for prevention of plants' accidents
▪ Benchmark outstanding injury prevention of Global & domestic industries from internal and external resources.
▪ Review ESL CAPEX project management.
▪ Sustain Safety & Environment performance for zero non-compliance with plants.
▪ Follow up Co-products generation of plants for 100% recycling.
▪ Support BTS(Biological Treatment System) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) for the better world."
경력 및 자격요건
- Establish Safety & Environment strategy based on data analysis and Global guidelines
- Lead plant ES teams' sustainability with Safety & Env. pillars
- Audit plants' safety & environment VPO pillars, flying audit and monitoring for its implementation
- Review and support plants' safety & environment legislations for zero non-compliance
- Review ESL Capex project investments
- Review Co-product generation for saving costs
- Support BTS and WTP for the better world
- Establish COVID-19 prevention measures by CMT decision and Govt. guideline
- Education in science/engineering/Safety/Environment background, bachelor degree above
- Strategical thought of Safety & Environment
- Good understanding or competence of relevant legislations with occupational Safety & Environment
- Excellent root cause analysis skills for investigation
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Familiar with Windows Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly ethic and integrity
- At least 10 years in famous world manufacturing plant, holding position of safety and environment manager/supervisor.
- Working experience in corporate as ES manager who is in charge of multiple branch manufacturers is preferred."
