Talent Acquisition
•Lead the implementation of Talent Acquisition processes and programs
•Act as primary point-of-contact regarding all Talent Acquisition topics (Head of HR, Business Leadership, Global and Regional Talent Acquisition team).
•Own relationship with Hiring manager to ensure understanding of organizational talent needs
•Manage the recruiting lifecycle to ensure all KPIs, global standards and metrics are met and / or exceeded
•Consistently report against global and local KPIs as well as business initiatives
•Act as primary point-of-contact for HRBP and Line Management throughout the recruiting lifecycle
•Manage candidate interview process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level, conduct reference checks, set timeline expectations, and work with HRBP and management to ensure a smooth interview and offer process
•Ensure detailed understanding of each open position, including ideal candidate profile, target companies and critical timelines
•Determine the most effective recruiting and advertising strategy to identify and attract top candidates
•Proactively source, qualify and screen passive and active candidates to fulfill staffing needs
•Support and comply with all global standards related to recruitment and hiring
•Use advanced sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings
•Build and maintain talent pools for fulfillment of current opens and ongoing business talent needs
Talent Development
•Identify the development needs of the organization by analyzing individual development requirements through the PDP, HPC and other sources.
•Build the development calendar and scheduling, lead the full scope of programwith participants to ensure that participants are fully invested and receive maximum returns from the program
경력 및 자격요건
•Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
•Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and direct recruiting
•Strong candidate and client management skills, offering high levels of support and service
•Proven ability to align candidate attraction strategies against brand and business objectives
•Proven track record in implementing learning or development programs for a large multi-national organization
•Ability to manage projects, understand processes and manage details
•Ability to create simple and impactful communication
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on candidate experience
•University Degree in HR or related field
•Min. of 7 years of proven recruiting or Talent development experience with a strong track record of successful and timely recruitments
•Retail and Tech industry experience is preferred
•Strong command of communication skill in both Korean and English
