Media planning and media agency management
• Work with Mindshare and all Category teams to adhering to timelines and processes by leading the media planning and execution process from end to end. When this isn’t working work with the agency to optimise the program to course correct
• Oversee all brand briefs and agency response to deliver best in classe responses
• Work with the agency to optimise existing process to drive efficiencies without sacrificing insight
• Set up and ensure all KPI are met / exceeded and maximum value is extracted from our media investment – this includes tracking performance for both tranditional and digital medias
Digital marketing strategy and execution that continues to iterate and evole
• Own local JBP with digital partners (Google, Facebook, Naver, Daum/Kakao etc.) to create and deliver plans that translate brand business problems into tangible digital solution
• Lead the media team and Mindshare to continue to create SEE | THINK funnels that leverage innovation in the digital space
• Create an annual test and learn framework that sees the business answer bigger questions on a quarterly basis
• Collaborate with eCommerce team to maximize our media investment by synergizing the activities across the funnels
Coach and develop a high performing team
• Inspire, lead and motivate team through regular feedback, 1:1’s PDP’s and objectives.
• Develop and up skill the team for their own continuous improvement and readiness for promotion opportunities.
• Manage processes to ensure that the team is as effective as possible to meet business goals.
경력 및 자격요건
• +10years solid experiences in media planning, including digital media
• Comprehensive understanding and experience of planning media across both international (i.e. Google, Facebook) and local platforms (i.e. Naver, Daum/Kakako)
• Experience in managing or working in media agencies both on and offline
• Proven ability to project manage and drive projects from conception through implementation and to analyse post-campaign results
• Solid knowledge and proven track of records of all digital marketing channels, tactics and their roles
• Experience using Web analytics tools specifically Google Analytics
• Experience in using first party and third party data to improve relevancy of comms
• Strong presentation / influencing skills – create propositions / visions that instantly resonate with key stakeholders
• Min. of 3 years experience managing diverse teams
