1. Develop and operate CRM programs : New member recruitment, Membership activation, Loyalty reinforcement programs
2. Plan and develop sales promotion and animation plan targeting CRM members (Seasonal animation, store opening/closing/renewal, In-store events, promotion scheme and offer, target definition…)
3. Develop brand offers (goodies, promotion, Mobile/Digital/ In-store animation material…) to support CRM operations both for off-line stores and digital flagship.
4. Manage the campaign/programs to reinforce engagement with the customers.
5. Communicate and coordinate with all internal services and vendors for all CRM related operations
6. Ensure CRM budget consistency and tracking.
7. Create communication messages and means (LMS, SMS, Newsletter, Kakao, POP…) aligned with Marketing guidelines, in a creative and timely manner
8. Monitor performance for CRM animation and key CRM KPIs and ensure if all action plan in line with target
9. Establish procedures and support CS to ensure proper communications to customers and store staff
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Organized, client focus, open minded, marketing oriented
- Consumer research or any other consumer data management experience is plus
- Understanding on consumer marketing
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Good English skill is preferred
- Open minded and enjoy challenge
- Good Computer skill (MS Office, )
