- Implement employee development strategy at a regional level
- Ensure all employees develop their skills and understand company values
- Work with retail/commercial team and all departments to identify employee needs
and develop, update, set timings, and follow up the training plans
- Coordinate trainings and global projects in the region, collaborating with the retail,
image, product, omnichannel, CE, and HR departments
- Manage existing courses/training activities
- Adapt and develop training materials
- Promote company values within the organization
- Ensure the company employees in region to follow the Career Development Plan
- Identify, suggest, and implement creative ways of training to guarantee our
employees receive a proper coaching
- Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities in class and on the job
training
- Evaluate & review training effectiveness regularly
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 3 years of TD experience preferably in retail industry
- Team management experience with creative thinking required
- Experience in coaching / empowerment
- High computer skills including MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop
employees
- Strong initiative and self motivation
- Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
- Flexibility and problem solving ability to analyze data
- Strong time management and organizational skills
