1) Event Management
• Support the events including pop-up, product events, boutique opening and special events in line with the global calendar
• Implement preparation, operation and follow through the events to elevate an overall customer engagement
• Develop all materials, data arrangement of the events to maximize the commercial impact and elevation of customer experience
• Accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses to forecast future events’ estimate
• Monitor the event progress and share the feedback reports in close collaboration with related teams
2) Support of the communication
• Coordinate and consolidate demands from the local and central teams
• In partnership with PR and CDM team to make any initiatives and implementation
• Cooperate with 3rd parties and vendors to implement such events and to catch up the market trends
• Cooperate with retail team to achieve the commercial ambition and to capture customer prospects together
• Proactively handle any arising issues and any emerging problems through the events
3) Event development support and market trend
• Investigate to develop client’s engagement animations
• Research the market, target consumers and competitors to develop creative activities embedded in the plan
• Creative thinking culture about Art and Culture related activities
• Research the market trend both geographically and demographically to build our strategies
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate in related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience is required
- Retail and Business management mindset with strong business acumen
- Active personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, hard-working and be able to handle stress
- Business proficiency in both written and verbal English & Korean are the must, and other language ability is an added advantage
