- Own and streamline Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Craft Brands
- Build On-Trade Qualified Distribution
- Craft Brands S&M Package Control (as % of NR)
- Track & monitor Volume Forecast Accuracy & Craft Market share
- Work closely with both technical (Supply, Procurement, Logistics, Finance) and
commercial teams Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand) to align on strategies and
execution market-roll-out strategy
- Deliver standardized S&OP analysis and propose strategies to improve business
performance
- Root cause investigation and actions to close gaps; analyze and recommend to
course correct in market performance
- Monitor and track investment under ROI orientation
- Provide market intelligence

- Good business acumen
- Cross-functional engagement
- Strong technical skill in MS Excel and ability to model
- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Fluent English - including technical finance and business terms (both writing and
speaking)
- Ability to deal with time pressure and uncertainty
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and quantitatively
- 10 years of Experience in a multicultural environment preferred
