> Act as the primary point of contact for all employees
> Responsible for employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding
> Manage staff movement, transfer, promotion and org structure changes
> Manage payroll officer
> Implement and evolve benefit program
> Support for merit increase and annual bonus payout
> Participate market survey and review competitive remuneration package
> Support for workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting
> Responsible for employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding
> Manage annual leave, refresh leave and leave of absence
> Make sure all information in HRIS (Workday) is up to date
> Make sure policies and regulations are in line with labor law and the evolution of benefit program
> Organize annual mandatory training
> Ensure workplace health & safety in compliance with local regulations
> Keep records of personnel documents in accordance with Privacy Protection Act
> Participate and follow up global initiatives
> Provide HR related report upon requested
> Follow-up for internal and external audit
> Manage HR queries
경력 및 자격요건
• 5-6 yr HR experiences
• Payroll exp is preferred
• Workday user preferred
• Business English communication
