We are looking for an Operation Sr. Manager for draftLine, a new in-house creative studio within MKT. The person in this position will be responsible for People-related agenda partnering with People team, and support on Business operation.
- Lead the A-Z recruitment process from job opening to offering
- Establish and implement plan to hire potential candidates in the market in time
- Play a key role in manaing stakeholder relationships across Recruitment and the
Agency
- Responsible for draftLine Engagement, develop the motivation and commitment of
talent, to reinforce retention
- Contribute to organizational culture and team building to make a more creative working
environment
- Discuss and set action plans for employees’ career development with managers
- Complete annual people cycle (KPI, Leadership capabilities, performance, etc.)
- Communicate and work closely with Global HQ to implement draftLine People initiatives
- Coach and support managers in the full range of people management skills
- Support budget & project management
* There are the owners who are in charge of budget & project mgnt.
- Handle issues and queries from employees
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelors’ degree preferably in Business Administration, HRM or Organization
- Strong business partnering skills, problem solving skills, change management
capabilities, coaching skills
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization and across
countries to achieve results
- Ability to understand Business
- Excellent communication & people engagement skills
- Fluent in both English & Korean
-Min. 8 years of relevant work and/or experience, minimum 3 years of experiences as
an HR Business Partner is preferred
- Experience in a multi-national company is preferred
- Experience partnering with multiple business leaders in a complex and fast paced
business setting which is in high growth mode
- Passionate and self-motivated, open-minded
