[Financial planning & analysis]
* Financial performance monitoring (Sales/Margin/Opex/Profit/Working Capital/Cash) on the full scope of business activity in dynamic business environment (250+ points of sales, multi channel retail oriented business model including Department Stores, Digital Flagship, Marketplaces, Affiliates, Boutiques, Travel Retail, Outlets, & Wholesales)
* Ownership of financial planning process (medium terms plan, yearly budget & quarterly reforecasting, last estimates, risks & opportunities financial impact)
* Monthly closing monitoring in close cooperation with Accounting team
* Reporting (local, to APAC region and to Corporate)
* Streamlining of the controlling/reporting workflows: continuously adapt the follow-up & analysis to the evolution of the activity, reporting optimization through new ERP development, automation, elimination of redundancies
[Procurement]
* Find improvement opportunities to deliver service enhancements and cost optimizations across the company
* Lead the local procurement process by verifying that all OPEX/CAPEX requests are following group guidelines
* Contribute to enforce company compliance guidelines and local regulations working closely with HQ team
[Treasury]
* Cash-flows forecasts: collects and organizes data relevant to perform cash flow on rolling weekly basis & quarterly basis, as well as working capital forecast. Analyze and explain variance versus forecast and prior year.
* Payment: payment planning, execution, follow-up of approval and documentation,
* Treasury / cash management: operates recommends financial instruments (borrowing/deposit) to optimize financial structure and financial income. Manages currency hedging and follow-up of the FX result.
* Banking relationships: manage relationship with bank locally, manage tender for launch or renewal of financial products
* Corporate credit card management
* Bank reconciliation at financial closing
경력 및 자격요건
Education :
Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics (preferred)
* 8+ years of relevant experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis, including a first experience in team management ; prior experience in fashion environment and matric organization are plus
* Strong analytical skills: rigorous, concise, business driven, innovative, to the point, challenging
* Soft skills: adaptable, good communication skills, committed, ability to work under pressure
* Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
* Excellent with MS Office ; SAP (FI) & Hyperion are plus
