- Define the yearly strategy for Fine Jewelry & Timepieces for the market and propose
activities and events to sustain the growth of the business.
- Work with others from different categories to leverage and create synergy.
- Collaborate with different functions to ensure the category is well managed from a 360
perspective (Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Media, Retail, Training, Logistics, etc.)
- Ensure that the merchandising strategy/assortment is relevant and remains competitive to the market.
- Manage the stock and participate in buying; show product sensitivity and market knowledge to influence positively the buying strategy for the market.
- Track sales on a daily basis by analysing trend, levers for growth, work with Retail team and Regional team to allocate/transfer the adequate merchandise to support the business needs and create opportunities.
- Work closely with Boutique Managers/Retail Managers to develop action plans in order to maintain a focus on the business.
- Coordinate with Training team to ensure that the team is well trained in all aspects (daily sales, product launches, event preparation, etc.)
- Manage and lead major Fine Jewelry & Timepieces events by working on its strategy, clients targeting, product assortments.
- Prepare the team for each event and support the team during the events by being one of the key figures in closing deals with clients.
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate in related disciplines2
- GIA holder
- Over 10 years’ relevant working experience
- Sales experience in retail brands is must
- Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service-related industry
- Fine Jewelry & Timepieces business experience is preferable
- Gemstone, High Jewelry experience is highly preferable
- Retail and Business management mindset with strong business acumen
- Active personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, hard working and be able to handle stress
- Business English & Korean and other language ability is an added advantage
