•Planning to identify market segmentation, universe and target distribution by brand and set relevant customer and consumer goals in order to reach business objectives. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market, select appropriate campaigns from global and regional hub to create an annual brand promotion calendar by channel/outlet including trade schemes.
•Deliver customer activation through optimum activities within key accounts.
•Apply strategic prioritisation by channel / subchannel / customer in line with RTC
•Develop creative portfolio solutions that capitalise on customers’ marketing events.
•As gate keeper as the brands, provide commercial team guidance and support on brand guidelines and activation standards. Support sales on delivery of activation proposals to the trade with clear business case justifications. Develop and manage customer marketing plans that align to customer activation opportunities and brand strategy by gaining and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the most effective customer marketing levers.

Calculate ROI and provide post-activation report with pictures, results and learnings for best-practice sharing. •Maintain excellent internal cross-functional relationships to optimise delivery of activities and facilitate timely and relevant communications
•Develop cross-functional networks within key external customers to fully maximise opportunities and to negotiate best terms.

•Support the development of strategic 5 year, brand plans and channel plans.
•Influence & develop tailored annual account plans including regional overlay.
•Shape the development of brand plan activities through the provision of customer insight & strategy.
