1. Business Partnering Activities
• Acts as partner and point of contact for Sales Director, Retail Sales managers in Korea.
• Coaches and guides line management in the provision of credible and commercial solutions for people related organizational matters
• Can appropriately influence decisions in order to upskill management population and de-risk the organization
• Ensures alignment of people management for Korea Retail by working closely with the Senior HR Manager of B2C.
• Supports to identify trends, and training needs in employee relations for the business and can provide on-side support on deliver training to upskill business managers
2. Employee Relations
• Responsible for management of all Korea retail employees’ relations matters. Gatekeeper of the case management system and drives consistency and risk management for the organization
• Responsible for providing advices/feedback to matters to ensure team are upskilled in advising on, managing, and giving appropriate guidance to all district and store managers across the business
• Escalates all appropriate level cases to the Senior HR Manager as appropriate where considerable
business risk has been identified
3. HR Operational efficiency
• Secures the integration of new processes, programs, tools services and guarantees compliance with local legislation and labor law
• Ensures the delivery of HR/People processes in the organization are constantly improved and consolidated
• Ensures all HR activities of the Employee Life Cycle are aligned with business objectives, legal framework and in line with the global HR strategy.
4. Talent, Learning and Culture
• Provide on-site support on L&D, onboarding, and engagement activities execution in Korea
• Support on wellness program development across cluster
• Develop communication materials to support employer branding initiative across cluster
경력 및 자격요건
• University degree/ Education
• 6 ~ 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within multinational organization
• Excellent working/practical knowledge of Korea employment law and at least 4-5 years’
experience of confidently providing employer advice to key stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken English – exceptional written English
• Ability to speak Japanese is preferred
• Proficient coach and mentor
• Experience HR project and change management skills
• Strong business acumen and customer orientation
• Comfortable liaising with senior managers on all HR issues
• Able to convince, persuade and influence others to make decisions and take action
• Strong collaborator who can build, develop and maintain credible business relationships at all
levels of the business
• Plans and organizes in a way that tasks and activities are delivered on time, considering potential
bottlenecks. Understands when to involve decision makers to accelerate decisions
