  • / 담당업무
  • - Liaise with authorized partners, who have access to the Partner Store, to ensure accurate product cart creation and support and clarify any issues/challenges they face
    - Review all quotes with relevant Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager and submit to end customer or authorized partner for review and acceptance or further clarifications
    - Adjust existing quotes, as necessary, based on any adjustments requested by end customer or authorized partner
    - Process SECO or Export Compliance requirements, if relevant/necessary, by liaising with end customer or authorized partner for documentation required and submit the same on the ECAT tool for review and processing. Follow up with Legal and Compliance to ensure the process is completed in a timely manner and clarify any additional queries they may have, as appropriate
    - Coordinate/follow up with Global Logistics/Customer Care for order entry, delivery creation, shipping management and final invoice creation
    - Review Order in Hand (OiH) reports to check status of each order, timelines and coordinate/follow-up to ensure the order is delivered to the end customer as per expectations. Coordinate any partial shipment issues with relevant departments till final delivery
    - Maintain and control accurately demo and general inventory of products and solutions and managing logistics of solutions to ensure traceability at all times. Ensure all local and international logistics documentation and requirements are processed in a timely manner to ensure effective cost control of each movement.
    - Manage customs records and ensure timely management and compliance of customs requirements. Ensure customs list is updated on a monthly basis internally as well as on the customs system.
    - Develop strong working relationships with internal and partner sales and operations teams to ensure high level performance and fast, effective issue resolution thus ensuring overall end customer satisfaction
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - A diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or a related discipline is preferred with at least 6 – 8 years of experience working on CRM platforms including Salesforce.com, SAP etc.
    - Strong collaboration skills including the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, motivating and mobilizing people via excellent communication and clear objectives, and demonstrating commitment to exceeding customer expectation
    - Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to motivate and drive employees in achieving results
    - Ability to work independently to solve problems, as they arise and under pressure and to deadlines
    - Strong presentation skills especially to groups and forums of customers
    - An aptitude for developing plans and strategies to succeed
    - A passion for superior product delivery and customer service and an appreciation for the need for a positive end-user experience
    - Ability to travel as required - there is a considerable amount of travel required to fulfil this role
    - Fluent in English and command over other regional languages will be an added advantage
