• Monitor and analyze sales and market trend.
• Prepare sales reports (weekly, monthly, and seasonal) for the performance by product category, lines, and functions.
• Analyze market and competitors’ trends. Search best sellers, new products, price positioning and merchandising
presentation strategy.
• Support developing the strategy for new season launch and allocation plans.
• Develop morning brief contents and training materials with detailed product information and selling tips.
• Collect client feedbacks related to new launch and special merchandises.
• Track the performance of various merchandising actions.
• Place daily stock allocation and replenishment to Outlet stores from regional DC.
• Follow up and check price events in case of price change.
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree
• +3 years of working experiences in fashion retail or merchandising (Global Luxury industry is a plus)
• Excellent MS-Office, especially Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure with attention to details
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
