1.Purpose of the Job
The primary purpose of this position is executing strategy through Off trade channel, make the more consumer can experience the brands. Also, through this event, increasing sales and brand exposure. As it is a function of Off Trade marketing Specialist, the position role is directly involved in supporting the manager.
2. Business environment
- Expansion specialist must possess high-level understanding of beer knowledge,
market, customer and consumer trends
- Must be keen to market/consumer/beer trends
- Must be able to understand sales field and communicate actively
- Must be able to work effectively with diverse counterparts and drive close cooperation
- Must possess entrepreneurship to lead initiatives
3. Accountabilities
1) Establish and execute strategy in each channel, T&M and analyze the result of
execution
2) Increase product sales and exposures through POCM and promotion package
development
3) Promotion planning and analyze effect
4) Budget T&M of Sales package
5) Align with marketing campaigns and deliver brand equity in trade channel

Education
Minimum BA/BS degree
Experience
Min. 5 years of relevant work and/or experience in Sales support/Field sales Sales experience in off trade is preferred
Technical competencies (Job related)
High level of negotiation skill to build up amicable relationship with co-working partners Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Intermediate proficiency in verbal/written English is preferred
