• Partner with business leaders to understand their organization needs, drive people
development initiatives and handle performance issues.
• Assist in launching the HR initiatives and programs that support the expanding
business of Korea and Asian markets.
• Provide all rounded administrative support and system maintenance.
• Handle employee enquiries, identify development needs, make recommendations,
and implement solutions.
• Prepare HR report and analytics for management review.
• Provide coaching, counselling and feedback to managers and employees if needed.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
경력 및 자격요건
• With at least 6 - 12 years experience in HR field as HR Generalist or HRBP.
Experience in regional role is a must.
• Organized, pragmatic, and dedicated individual with good teamwork and
interpersonal skills.
• Possess good project management skills and ability to drive programs independently.
• Strong in data analysis and HR system management
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred.
