➢ Responsible for day-to-day running of the President’s office.
➢ Manage calendar, handle correspondence and assignments.
➢ Assist the President in all business-related and personal activities, projec mgmt
for the APAC region.
➢ Act as president’s liaison with other employees, including vice-presidents and managers.
➢ Maintain proper filing and documentation.
➢ Set up and maintain efficient office support systems.
➢ Coordinate for business travels from booking of flight, accommodation, itinerary
arrangement to expenses reimbursement.
➢ Handle ad hoc and special assignment as required.
경력 및 자격요건
➢ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive/administrative assistant position
➢ Demonstrate excellent administrative, organizational, communication and PC skills.
➢ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
➢ Organized, proactive, with ability to work independently and proven ability for
multitasking and to manage priorities with effective time management skill.
➢ Excellent command of both spoken and written Korean and English. Knowledge in
Mandarin is highly referred.
➢ PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
