1) HR Operation
• Manage employment data on daily basis using HRIS system, Workday (Onboarding, transfer, termination and etc)
• Manage the process of termination including conducting exit interview
• Update and organize HR reports on requests with teams
• Respond to employee’s inquiries regarding HR related communication
• Recruitment related payment
• Create and manage employee related documents as needed
• Support HR team for HR related matters
2) Recruitment
• Manage end to end process for recruitment by creating job requisition, managing job posting and screening CV,
interviewing, negotiating salary offer and employment terms as well as onboarding
• Support to develop recruitment strategies and processes
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Develop partnership with agencies
• Sourcing candidates using various channels
• Manage company recruitment platform and dashboard
경력 및 자격요건
• Above Bachelor’s degree
• Retail Recruiting/HR experience is preferred
• Business fluent in both verbal and written English
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build solid relationships and support among stakeholders, listen and provide assistance.
• Good communication skill
• Ability to take action quickly and think strategically
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions
• Proactive and self-learner, detail oriented
