-Plan the monthly & annual new product launch & promotion
-Execute new product launch & promotions interfacing with cross functional teams to produce timely promotions
-Manage product kit strategy & lifestyle solution strategy by assisting with strategic evaluation, profitability analysis, vendor relations, sales/revenue tracking, cross functional leadership, and related functions
-Identify and recommend opportunities for third party and product partnerships that would create additional value for distributors; manage and support ongoing relationships once partnerships are formed
-Protect and promote the brand by ensuring that tone, messaging, look and feel, and other brand attributes are consistent and follow established corporate style guides
-Collaobrate with RA, Ops, Sales, CS teams as needed
경력 및 자격요건
-More than 3 years of Product Management or Promotion related experience
-Market/Promotion activation manager must be extremely flexible and agile, adapting to ever-changing business requirements with grace and ease
-Prefer to have the experiences on local developed health or beauty category products in a global firm
-Must be highly creative, well organized, possess excellent attention to detail, and be committed to producing quality work that reinforces or strengthens the brand
-Possible stage presenantion skill and delivery may be needed to successfully fulfill this role
