1.Improve and innovate process based on analytics (40%)
.Deduce improvement point of process linked to insight result through analysis for improving business performance through various knowledge and experience of business, data and IT.
.Participate in model design process of verify possibility and running possibility based on predictive model.
.Validate actual effect of predictive model and deduce pain point to improve continuously.
.Lead collaboration with internal/external data analyst and field division officer.
2. Improve business record/performance through various new technology (40%)
.Review introduction of new technology to improve present business pains.
.Figure out technology/business risk and establish method of hedging when introducing new technology.
.Establish strategy to deduce actual benefit when introducing new technology.
.Lead collaboration with field division officer and IT officer when participating project.
3. Lead and participate in project to improve business performance (10%)
.Perform project to improve business performance successfully collaborate with relevant department through working to fit team’s R&R.
.Support project to achieve team’s KPI.
4. Share with employees in regard of technology trend identified continuously (10%)
.Research improve trend of technology and identify reference of introducing to market.
Deduce opportunity for introducing to Co's through benchmarking of advanced case and effect of application.
경력 및 자격요건
>Bachelor’s degree.
>Analytics experience of insurance or planning experience of improvement task over 6 years.
>PI, ISP and project experience of insurance or financial industry over 6 years.
>Process improvement experience and effect analytics experience for operation of insurance and sales of insurance over 6 years.
>Experience of participating and leading project.
>Basic in business English.
