KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be Proficient in import procedures for cosmetics and industrial products.

- To ensure legal regulatory compliance, meeting respective requirement for company and products

- Able to review documents and register procedures to get approval as functional cosmetics

- Review cosmetic claims and clinical test report, labeling and packaging, etc.

- Report and notify regulations to concerned department, Regional HQ and HQ

- Manage and control quality assessment in new and existing products

- Evaluate and response to regulatory changes for products.

- Participate in and lead up multifunctional team projects as assigned.

- Develop, and lead and implement team

REQUIREMENTS

- Familiar with registration process of cosmetics and knowledge of cosmetic product ingredients

- Proficient in the registration and getting approval of functional cosmetics, etc.

- Bachelor Degree and Min. 10 years of experience.

- Attention to detail and good communication and negotiation skill

- Cooperative with MFDS, KPTA and related agency

- Working closely with team to identify and develop RA team

- Fluent in English
