- Preparation of annual budgets

• 8+ years relevant experience as an Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in one or more of the following degrees; Business, Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar
• Professional qualifications: CPA or other recognized professional qualifications
• Detailed understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
• Outstanding communicator and a solution focused problem solver
• Demonstrated ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and problems to ensure continuous improvement
• An exceptional eye for detail, whilst working within strict timelines
• Tenacious and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks
• Ability to adapt to change and continuous business improvement
• Proactive and methodical approach to work
• Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP essential
• Strong excel skills
• Experience in retail an advantage
