[Commercial Activation]
* Drive the commercial agenda and deliver the budget numbers (sales and OR) Tracking and Reporting
* Plan and activate sales promotions based on GA and traffic data to mitigate any risks.
* Ensure that the site has the right product selection in line with the sales plans (both sales and marketing plans) with the support of the eMerchandiser and digital marketing manager.
* Work with the CRM team and Digital Marketing manager to leverage the CRM database to ensure the right consumers are attracted and converted in the DF site
[Drive Site Operations and transformation]
* Monitor and test the site to ensure that the assets are running accordingly and seek for areas for further improvements local and global road/strategy.
* Ensure that the site has all sales driving and premium brand driving assets in place. E.g. visual contents, size specs, promotions
* Seek for benchmark and development opportunities from other markets and other brands. E.g. OMC loyalty programs, gift cards, gift packaging etc
* Work with the Customer Service team to quickly resolve any issues and obtain consumer feedback to ensure highest level of user experience
[Project Management]
* Orchestrate the delivery of various site upgrades through hands on testing, leveraging third parties with internal local and regional stakeholders
* Initiate the site development roadmap with premiumization, sustainable profitability at the core. Plans with timelines must be aligned with the global, regional project schedules as well as locally initiated needs.
* Monitor and Analyze site performance through GA and other KPI trackers.
경력 및 자격요건
* Experience: +8 years eCommerce sales P&L management experience
* Highly acute in ecommerce commercial environment (sales, marketing, product, eRetailers and competitors) and KPIs (conversion, traffic, GA etc)
* Systems project management and strong SFCC knowledge a plus
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Analytical skills: commercially driven, concise, business driven, innovative, challenging
* Soft skills: clear and cordial communication skills, committed to deliver results
* Strong understanding of P&L and Profitability
* Stakeholder management and direct people management experience
* Strong understanding of Korean eCommerce environment with network to leverage new initiatives
