경력 및 자격요건
* BA (사원~과장)*
1. Experience / Knowledge Requirements
-Over 6 years IT development or BA experience
-Experience in the financial services industry is a requirement
-Experience in the insurance industry is a significant plus
2. Personal Competencies Required
-Ability to utilize formal analytical and testing techniques
-Ability to communicate vision and ideas both orally and in writing
-Relationship building and maintenance
3. Other Requirements
-Fluency in English and Korean
-Desire and ability to work with people of various cultures
* IT Developer(대리,사원) *
1. Experience / Knowledge Requirements
-At least 3 years IT development experience with programming language such as Java and PL/SQL in Oracle database
-Experience in Insurance Accounting system management
-Experience in NT Technologies
-Knowledge of Database (Oracle) is a optional
-Experience in the life insurance industry is requirement
2. Personal Competencies Required
-Ability of good communication skill
-Competence for analytical thinking with strong sense of responsibility
