1.Set the accurate Sales Target by analysing external & internal environment factors, such as previous month & year’s sales status and develop action plan to achieve Sales Target
2.Ensure excellent Merchandising environment by obtaining information for competitors’ activity based on cooperative relationship building with Dept. Floor Managers & Buyers
3.Provide suggestion or feedback in Product Decision-Making Meeting by continuous market survey for competitors sales trend and our products sales trend
4.Ensure effective management of Shop Managers by setting efficient & logical management tool and recruiting capable shop managers and applying evaluation method
5.Set the operation guideline for Shops on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly base and manage shops’ performance for the result by executing reasonable evaluation tool
6.Ensure effective management of Direct corner business by obtaining information for competitors’ activity and establish New business strategy
경력 및 자격요건
* At least 10 years of relevant experience
* Proactive and open Minded
* In-depth understanding of field operations
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
* Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
* Good Leadership skill
* Good English skill is preferred
* Good Computer skill (MS Office)
