- Develop brand strategy and annual brand action plan of Hanmac
- Define 1year brand strategy along with shaping short term/long term brand positioning
- Study market opportunities, competition, brand portfolio and margin pool analysis for
brand expansion
- Develop and monitor various consumer researches and retailer surveys
- Develop brand campaign
- Develop media communication strategy and action plan for Hanmac brand.
- Cooperate with PR/Sponsorship team to develop and monitor tailor-made
PR/Event/Sponsorship plan
- Deliver Marketing events and calendar
- Cooperate with trade marketing team to monitor and report brand’s visibility in the
market
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication, commercial or
related field
- Understands the external environment (competitive and market) and identifies new
sources of opportunity
- Balances facts with intuition to distill complex opportunities into compelling business
cases
- Anticipates future trends to engage and recruit youth consumers
- Crafts a vision for what the brand / category / market could be
- Demonstrates judgment to define a compelling core creative idea
- Understands how to utilize marketing assets and strategic alliances to create
stronger connections w/ consumers
- Deploys discipline and process to improve impact and speed to market
- Understand how to leverage & best manage agencies (briefs, evaluations, etc.)
- Good negotiation and inter-person communication skill
- Planning, execution, control and evaluation
- Teamwork spirit
- Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English/Korean
- Min. 7+ years and above in marketing, preferably within FMCG industry
- Major global FMCG / Major Account Planner or Branding experience from top
agencies
