- Develop and implement digital strategy to gain market share, expand customer base and increase brand awareness within cosmetics market in Korea
- Manage and lead the digital team to achieve online sales at both retailers.com (currently 10) and brand.com. Recommend and open new channels as the market evolves
- Plan marketing and CRM initiatives to grow e-business including 360 product strategies, pillar product positioning and customer acquisition/retention/conversion activities
- Coordinate with local IT team to constantly update & upgrade online order management system
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to review stocks and sales forecast for digital channels
- Monitor and Control digital budget including online media to maximize ROI and brand exposure
- Analyze sales data and report sales KPI and key learnings
- Communicate with APAC digital team on local needs and share best practices
- Interact with local HOD’s to achieve and support Brand's goals
경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- B.A. degree
• Background including total years of experience
- More than 10 years’ experience in E-commerce at retail company (Cosmetics industry is preferred.)
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
• Languages:
- Intermediate level in English, both speaking and writing
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Excellent knowledge in digital and E-commerce
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
