• Lead Craft & Specialties sales organization—consisting of Trade Marketing, Market
Development and New Channel Expansion team—to deliver volume, revenue, share
and profit targets for the organization
• Ensure high standard of execution excellence in sales strategy, distribution and trade
marketing
• Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders, wholesalers and
retailers to not only serve short-term business needs but also shape the future of the
craft beer segment
• Bring industry leadership in craft beer by demonstrating and implementing an
understanding of market dynamics and consumer insights
• Track and measure business performance across all channels and continually
develop new initiatives based on qualitative feedback and data analysis
• Set up and implement field communication strategy of craft & specialties brands

• Deliver volume, revenue, share and profit targets
• Develop & implement trade marketing strategy and plans
• Develop & implement key accounts strategy & plans
• Manage and operate sales package budget based on budget/actual analysis and

• Experience industry : Liquor, F&B or global FMCG (strong experience in leading In
Home business)
• Functional experience : Sales and Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Total year of experience : Minimum of 10 years
• Span of control : Lead 20+ size of team
• People/Team development skills and proven leadership demonstration
• Quick learner and able to keep delivering result under pressure & challenge
• Capability of strategy development/planning
• Strategic thinking & analytical skill sets & problem-solving skills to manage risk and
crisis
• Cross functional/ external stakeholder management skill
• Bachelor or equivalent
• Business English skill : business proficient
