- With minimum supervision and direction, independently administer effectively and efficiently spare parts logistics operation functions and processes in compliance with company policies and guidelines as well as statutory requirements and regulations.·
- Fully responsible to ensure timely delivery of logistics services (including new orders and repairs) to employees and managers.·
- Fully responsible to manage the spare parts warehouse operation and inventory stock-take to ensure accurate record keeping.·
- Fully responsible for Branch monthly logistics financial book closing and work with Branch Finance to ensure correct billing & charge-backs.·
- Fully responsible for data entry and maintain data integrity of the logistics system.·
- Be an expert on the logistics system to generate meaningful logistics reports with detailed analysis for Manager’s and management review.·
- Actively participate in developing, implementing and executing logistics programs in response to customer needs and company directions.·
- Source, select and manage vendors to provide high quality services to improve the cost effectives of inventory management in accordance with company policies and procedures.·
- Organize and deliver logistics training activities to CS engineers to raise the spare parts usage effectiveness.·
- Actively participate in logistics improvement projects to enhance department and company productivity and efficiency.·
- Be familiar with government regulations and alert Logistics and CS Managers about changes and implications.·
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary.·
- Provide support to other branches as a team as required.·
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
경력 및 자격요건
· University graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in the spare parts logistics field preferably in multinational companies·
. Excellent analytical and problem solving skill·
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill·
. Excellent knowledge on OA tools and applications·
. Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language· Strong presentation skill
