This Event Sales Executive position is based in one of our prestigious 5 star partner venues and is responsible for driving sales of Encore’s products and services within the venue. You will also be responsible for establishing, maintaining and managing the client relationship with new and existing clients.
Your day to day will see you working closely with venue sales team, meeting with clients, producers and meeting partners and understanding the purpose of the events, designing the technology elements of the event and negotiating proposal with clients.
To be successful in this role…you are a great communicator, a natural rapport and relationship builder with parties at all levels. You will also have experience and passion in sales and events.
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Hospitality/Events/related field
• 3 ~ 5 years sales experience in events
• Experience in planning/ execution of events
• Proven record of a successful sales career
• Excellent client relationship management skills and proven experience
• Knowledge of event technologies/ audio visual technologies
• Effective negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Self driven, result driven and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player and ability to work independently as required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English ; Native in Korean
• Right to work in South Korea essential
