Coordinate the implementation and training of the CRM on the entire network of stores (boutiques and outlets) according to the HQ guidelines.
[Clienteling Activities Coordination]
Design and coordinate clienteling activities on the Korean market in accordance with HQ policies and guidelines.
[Customer Base Analysis]
Monthly analysis of the Korean customer base and of the main KPIs in order to identify business potential. Creation of specific reports for HQ and for the local market
[Lead Generation Activities]
Identification and management of lead generation activities with the aim of increasing the customer base and the quality of the data collected.
[Support for omnichannel activities]
Support for all omnichannel activities (retail, outlet, online) with the aim of personalizing the relationship with the end customer more and more.
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree in Engineering / Economics
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce Service Cloud)
• Knowledge of CRM & Clienteling activities
• Knowledge of the fashion luxury world
• Digital Mindset
• Benchmarking activities
• Analytical skills
