- Proactively engage with Logistics & Support business functions in mobilizing and
defining business driven IT solution opportunities against defined business objectives
- Responsible for demand planning in collaboration with the logistics/support
functions, and establishing 1YP/3YP.
- Organize regular tech-meeting with APAC, BU business stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when
project planning
- ensuring the delivery of new products or services from logistics projects is to the
appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the
program plan and program governance arrangements
- Project management and tracking of new projects:
▪ Define the scope, main objectives, technology, project timeline, budget & business
benefits
▪ Tracking the project status & investment according the scheduled program
▪ Realizaiton of business case impact after the finalization of the project.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project
members
- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes
and documents business rules, functions and requirements.
- Managing business requirements in considering of resources;
- Managing the IT Project methodology and well-aligned with System operation team.
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
- Managing project organization and stakeholder;
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the project’s “outcome” with the aid of the
business change manager;
- Reporting the progress of the projects at regular intervals to the P & P director
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information systems from University or
above preferred
- 7 years of experience particularly in system design/development and related projects
implementation
- Systems background - deep knowledge of SAP(ERP) system (MUST)
- Project Management knowledge including the ability to deliver high quality work on
time and on budget.
- Good understanding of key Logistics business process / Manufacturing and Finance
process knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
- Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in multinational company with a global/Zone IT Organization
- Experience with SAP, Logistics system
