- Responsible for developing eRetail P&L, RTM and Portfolio
- Strategize overall e-retail/e-delivery development plan that can achieve business
targets and current market potential.
- Expand distribution in existing e-retail channels and discover new digital channel
opportunities to increase accessibility, maximize sales, and grow segment.
- Drive partnership and negotiation with e-retail customers and relevant key accounts.
- Strategize on sales, pricing, and relevant items for generating revenue.
- Coordinate with supply and logistics to ensure our customers are always provided
with our products on time and in full.
- Develop digital promotions, e-retail specific packs, digital consumer engagement,
and data management.
- Drive partnership with local brand team, connections team, and sales team to deploy
optimal communication, branding, and sales activities in digital territory.
- Monitor competitor's activity, overall beverage online segment and provide market
intelligence.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Business Management or Marketing
- 7+ years Experience
- F&B and/or beer industry experience preferred
- Experience in digital-focused initiatives preferred
- Experience in a multicultural environment preferred
Technical competencies (Job related)
- Strong technical skill in MS Excel and ability to model
- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Analytical skills (P&L, valuation & modeling)
- Fluent English - including technical finance and business terms (both writing and
speaking)
- Ability to deal with time pressure and uncertainty
