  • 1. Responsible for overall Reality Capture business in Korea
    - Prepare Korea Reality Capture market strategy (medium/long term) and develop tactical business plans (short term) in alignment with regional segment and regional objectives and strategies
    - Increase market share by finding, signing, and developing direct sales executives/new distributors for Leica Geosystems Reality Capture; and by training, guiding and developing existing direct sales executives/distributors to help grow their sales in the region
    - Provide market intelligence to product development teams on competitive products, solutions and activities based on Korean market environment
    - Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote continued growth of Leica Geosystems Reality Capture product portfolio and achieve sales targets. Setup the business plans by market, customer segment, distribution, products and execute sales plan to achieve sales target and business growth.

    2. Responsible for Channel management
    - Support existing sales executives who are involving in dealer sales by providing product and application training; job site demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshooting and assist in product and solution installations
    - Maintain major dealers and manage sub-dealers below dealers directly.
    - Contribute dealers to increase the sub-dealer networks and increase the sales.
    - Build a regular cadence of relationship-building, responsible for “partner peering” exercises to enable stronger partnerships

    3. Responsible for direct sales
    - Develop strategy to increase Reality Capture direct sales and execute
    - Develop direct key accounts for major industries (Surveying, Construction, Heavy industry, Government, BIM, AEC, MEP, Forensic, Public safety etc.) and establish long-term business relationship with key accounts
    - Manage direct sales database and record in SFDC
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - At least 3 years engineering sales experience is required
    - At least 2 year experience as a sales manager is required
    - Fluent English skill (Read, Write and Speaking)
    - Background knowledge such as surveying, engineering, 3D scanning, mobile mapping, civil engineering are preferred
  • / 기타
