- Develop and define strategic road map for Korea E-Com business growth.
- Total accountability for Korea E-Com P&L including revenue, turns and EBITDA targets.
- Maximise the sales & profit potential of digital sales channel through commercial understanding of product, customer and internal capabilities, whilst preserving and building the brand integrity.
- Analytical base with an inputs to outputs modelling and abilities to work backwards from consumer needs.
- Consumer obsessed and understood Korean consumer on mobile development & consumption.
- Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of E-Com initiatives. Delivering excellent CX with local relevance to Korea consumers and abilities to crystallise minimal viable products then iterate and re-iterate prototypes to end products.
- Ensure alignment with global vision whilst maintaining local relevance.
- Define a framework process for managing, reporting and optimizing ecommerce on a timely basis.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in E-Com, digital marketing, demand generation, marketplace management or a related
field required. Experience in operating and managing e-com sites in Korea market is a must.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management
(from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Results-oriented and understands how to create, implement and drive relevant KPI's for the online business.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in an E-Com trading capacity.
- Previous experience in building an E-Com strategy and executing the operational road map in Brands or Platform.
- Ability to develop and manage sales accounts in third party E-Com partnerships.
- Commercially minded with the desire to always improve and stay abreast of innovations in the digital landscape
- Previous experience of managing a team through leadership and inspiration will be important.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Strong client and stakeholder management/leadership, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
