KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop new product launch plans and communications
•Set up campaign strategy & objectives (New products launch, Hero products drive) by working closely with relevant teams.
•Report weekly campaign sales result by analyzing key line performance.
•Set up Short / long term strategies by supporting Marketing Manger
•Analyze and control campaign expense and all promotional expenses.
•Closely work with outside agencies to produce DM, GWP, counter miscellaneous and to execute campaign events.
•Forecast New/regular products' selling qty & PO by product line
•Control orders, stock level - Saleable & SPM

REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in related field
•Experience in makeup PM is “a plus”
•More than 2 years of Product Management or related experience
•Fluent Korean in speaking and writing / sufficient English for business communication in speaking and writing
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
