• Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including seasonal product launches, campaign launches and execution, content management, site merchandising, business performance analysis & review, order fulfilment and customer service
• Partner with the Operations Manager to deliver channel growth and expansion according to the digital business plan, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital channels and marketplaces
• Achieve budgeted sales targets by working closely with the larger team to implement technical and non-technical strategies that will drive traffic, new customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue, while minimizing returns and other operating costs
• Own the commercial calendar (across all digital platforms) for the online business in Korea, coordinating and proactively planning for all key commercial events
• Develop a detailed execution plan for each commercial moment with clear business objectives and strategies, and then work very closely with all cross functional partners to deliver the expected business results
• Be the main point of contact (both internally and with our external partners) for all day-to-day business activities
• Optimize the user experience for brand’s across all digital touchpoints based on a thorough understanding of customer behaviour on site, including the end-to-end path to purchase
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling is in place for all campaigns across all channels
• Conduct regular and thorough competitor benchmarking to ensure brand’s is well positioned in the Korea market across all marketplaces and digital channels that are relevant for our brand • Closely track and analyse day-to-day performance, implementing and suggesting strategies to improve operational metrics
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder in Business / Marketing/E-commerce or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing Ecom operations, experience in global brand business environment preferred
• Proven experience managing ecommerce operations for an apparel brand across multiple online platforms in Korea
• Track record of driving qualified traffic, ROI and sales
• Familiar with Korean ecommerce business models and operations with major partners like Shinsegae, Hyundai, Lotte, etc.
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Strong team spirit, open-minded, result-oriented and organizational skills
• Experienced multi-tasker who thrives under pressure
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced excel skills
• High proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Korean
