1.MARKETING
• Cross functional collaboration with MD, VMD, Retail in KR and work closely with the MKT, Comm, Social Media, Digital, Image team
• Retail marketing support: execute tactical marketing projects as well as tailored localised activities aimed at increasing retail footfall, sales and maximising brand awareness (MMS, new store opening, VIP activations and partnership with external parties etc)
• AD & digital marketing execution support
• Assist the team in measuring and evaluating the effectives of marketing through agreed KPIs such as ROI, sales and retail traffic
• Support the team with general administrative duties when required
• KR monthly marketing & communication report for meetings
• Competitor’s activities monitoring & industry/consumer trend monitoring
2. COMMUNICATIONS
• Support seasonal press previews and product launches aligned with HQ
• Update and develop media, key celebrity stylist and influencer list
• Build up and maintain relationship with media, stylists and talents
• Agency management (look book, PPL, gifting, viral etc)
• Prepare press release and timely distribute Mulberry latest and most exciting news to media
• Manage PR samples from order to sample distribution to fashion media for timely editorial presentation and talents dressing
• Media inquiries follow up
• Follow up all shooting support of editorial and celebrities
• Support talents planning for events, dressing and further collaborations
• Support brand/retail event preparation, operation and follow-up along with HQ teams and local relevant teams
• All material and data arrangement of event working with agency and HQ
• Post event wrap up report with feedback
• Monthly communication report to HQ

• University graduated
• Preferred over 3year experience in MKT Communication in luxury or fashion industry but not mandatory
• Understanding of CRM
• Positive attitude, collaborative and willing to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Korean
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills
