• Drive and manage local digital including concession and third-party relationships, including creation/maintenance of products.
• Manage and grow the local digital business by delivering a best-in-class customer service covering all online and omni customer touchpoints.
• Champion best practices across all areas of logistics and customer services, ensuring consistency with the retail-store experience.
• Provide trading data, insight, and support for analysis of digital concession performance.
• Key contact of HQ office in terms of e-commerce.
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduates with at least 7 years of relevant experience within online fashion and retail from apparel, footwear, or accessories.
- Significant experience in ecommerce management and web development and knowledge of available technology.
- B2C experience that demonstrates accountability and delivery.
- Global market experience in Greater China, North America and Europe is a strong advantage.
- Project, people management and business accruement.
- A good team player, creative and proactive
- Effective and professional communication skills in both Korean and English
