Continue to develop, refine and implement the Vitality Business strategy.
• Monitor external trends in insurance, health and wellness to build a customer centric health and wellness platform that holistically protect customers’ lives.
• Be awareness of competitive business intelligence and ensure that Co is building a differentiated health and wellness platform that addresses customers’ real needs.
2. Manage & develop relationship with Partners and design Vitality Health & Wellness Program
• Develop and strengthen business opportunity with Card company, IT company.
• Levergage existing and new partnership relationships to build and strengthen the Co's Vitality ecosystem.
3. Maintain and develop seamless Vitality App experience
• Develop and manage annual app development roadmap (prioritization, etc.) and budget
• Support new function development and stable maintenance of the Vitality App
4. Support smart lead generation with stronger engagement
• Review and execute lead marketing strategy
• Monitor progress of each lead generation activity for better performance
• Plan and execute engagementprograms (event, contents, etc.) for various customer type.Maximize Fee-Based Vitality insurance sales
• Monitor lead demand and supply strategy and execution
• Support planned activities on app targeting conversion
• Collaborate with channels and to maximize conversion
경력 및 자격요건
University graduate
• 12 - 15 years experience
• Experience in consulting and running a digital business is an advantage
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in English and Korean both written and spoken
